Gentle yoga for all! Strengthen, lengthen, tune in and tune out! Your brain and body deserve to be reunited every once in a while, and yoga has proven to be the best way to recharge and reconnect with yourself for centuries. Ours is a non-competitive environment that focuses on fitness, but also the philosophy behind a meaningful yoga practice (without getting preachy!). We encourage anyone experienced and anyone curious about yoga to join us. Bring your questions and your desire to become more in-tune with your physical self and your mental self, but bring those desires on time! This is the only class on the schedule where punctuality matters, as any yoga practice simply isn't safe without proper warm up and cool down.
